By using oxisec.com and OxiSec SIEM panel you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Service

OxiSec; It offers log collection, correlation, alarm, reporting and related security analysis tools. The Service is provided “as is”; Reasonable efforts are made to ensure uninterruption.

2. Account and security

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information. If unauthorized access is suspected, notify us immediately. Use of 2FA is recommended.

The platform, brand and documentation belong to OxiSec. Customer data belongs to you.

5. Pricing

Plan limits are stated on the pricing page. Notification is made when quota is exceeded; In paid plans, billing terms are included in the contract.

6. Limit of liability

Except for direct and foreseeable damages, no liability is accepted for indirect damages. Backup and incident response should be carried out together with customer-responsible processes.

7. Termination

The parties have the right to terminate in accordance with the contract period. When the account is closed, data is deleted or anonymized according to the retention policy.

8. Uygulanacak hukuk

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. Antalya (Muratpasa) courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction in disputes.
